About Franklyn …
My goal as a therapist is to support you in reconnecting with your natural capacity for healing, growth, and emotional well-being. I believe therapy begins with trust, and I work to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard.
I work with adults and adolescents navigating life transitions, relationship or social challenges, anxiety, depression, men’s issues, and the impact of past trauma. My approach is rooted in Psychodynamic and Humanistic modalities and draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, and somatic approaches. Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may include exploring how past experiences shape the present, building awareness of self-limiting patterns, and enhancing positive coping skills.
I approach my work with humility, curiosity, and respect for you as an individual with your own unique story. I value collaboration and aim to provide therapy that respects your background, values, and lived experience. My hope is that our work together helps you deepen self-understanding, enhance resilience, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.

I’ve lived in San Francisco for nearly a decade. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in strategy consulting and product marketing within the tech and finance industries. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our dog, playing guitar, cycling, watching basketball, and playing video games. To learn more about me and my work, send me a message for a free 20-minute consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
