Safe Space Visualization - An 18-minute guided visualization used for relaxation and the establishment of a “safe place” you can access when feeling stressed.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation - a 5-minute brief exercise to help physically relax your body.

Headspace App - Our personal favorite, but look through the app store for “mindfulness” and you’ll see lots of options.
